My first ever Substack post!

It's happening

Hey everyone!

I’m not too sure what exactly it is I’ll be doing on here, but I’m going to try and keep it as regular as possible. I wanted to get active on here because I want to connect with you guys in a way that feels a bit more organic than posting on social media. Especially because now, some music is coming. I can’t or shouldn’t say too much, but this album, which has been sitting for a while, is finally ready to be sent out into the world. Honestly, I can’t wait for you to hear it.

It’s been a busy few months, I’ve been working heavily on the visual side of this album. Again, I probably shouldn’t say too much, but it’s a BIG project. I’ve also been working on the live stuff, trying to perfect the live sound. I feel so grateful to have such talented friends around me who want to help me bring this sound to life. The full band (9-piece) is great, and it’s the dream to tour with all those guys, but I’ve been loving playing with Gracie and Freddie, on violin and sax/synth - which is also more realistic to play every show with! Finally, I’ve been gearing up for this release. I’m so excited for people to hear it and hope it comes as soon as possible.
